why not?
just need shareholder approval if it exceeds the dilution limit.
imo the oppies we’re only there to put cherries, whipped cream and chocolate fudge on an already sickly sweet the deal… it would be highly irresponsible to rely on the conversion of options for future funding.
if they needed the extra funding, they should have just gone for a higher amount upfront to avoid uncertainty.
