this is a regular occurence with all the penny dreadfuls, the MIGHT run for a day
even that's not guaranteed, then maybe a follow-up announcement
where it wight go to 2 cents
then annnouncement 1.8c capital raisi with 1 or 2 option free
i haven't seen a genuine good news announcement without a catch for many years in any share i've held
