All the signs , stopping buy back , directors dishonesty and lack of transparency , and ongoing presentations signs they are hungry for cash and EBITDA HAS EXCLUDED nextsellis earn out expenses which if added means they have nothing , they have bought liabilities which increased the revenue so it looks good on papers , however the opex is much more that what they earn and so no signs of return to profitability and the bigger risk no assets to sell and so banks can not lend them any money and that's what they have been trying to obtain
