@Hunterr, in fairness to your comment to@Beaza79, we have all read time and time and time again that yourown buyout figure is (dare I say it) $30 or maybe $15 because you have roughly doubled your investment holdings.

Previously you have also mentioned words such as 'you are a loyal shareholder because you have a lot of shares and never sold a share and you have been here for a long time and you would be upset if you weren't offered any option shortfall etc etc...'

There are plenty of people in that category mate so why do you expect to be offered dibs for any shortfall.

Dr T has always said that he wants the best outcome for shareholders.
If we are to keep that theme and an option shortfall is offered to some loyal shareholders, it should be offered to real loyal shareholders, the ones that will be there till the end (and not some 'take the money and run' deceiver), whether that be licensing agreements or buyout - whatever works out best for allshareholders as a whole.

I don't see you as a loyal shareholder Hunterr because of your repetitive comments about your (minuscule) $15/$30 buyout figure. If your figures are meaningless to you, you wouldn't post them.

If it eventuates and some receive an offer for shortfall options and then sold out before journeys end, then that person is disloyal.
Imagine someone been offered the chance to scoop up valuable cheap options only to flog them off early for a good profit.

If it did happen that an option shortfall was to be offered out, than I'd be happy for an offering to go the shareholder(s) that put in the hard yards and time to find and post relevant scientific research papers on Hot Copper that was actually $$$ beneficial to making Race a more valuable company and increase shareholder value. Not forgetting the mass contribution from Wombat. Wombat's estate would be quite deserving as well.
