LOL, I'm not going to fly across the country to attend an AGM just to ratify a few resolutions (I could do that on behalf of my children, who are holders). JZ has plenty of free time, so whenever I've had questions, I've received a same-day response from him via email. So, what's the point of attending the AGM?
If JZ had any positive news to share, he would put out an AGM presentation to boost the market, rather than just boosting the spirits of the rusted-on diehards privately at the AGM. He didn't share an AGM presentation last year though, so I'm fairly confident he won't this year either, especially given the current dire situation. The timing is interesting though; the meeting probably won't conclude until after the market closes on a Friday. I wonder if there's anything behind the Friday afternoon timing?
