The manufacturing facility is a key component in the future of IMU. Otherwise, they would have just sold it rather than include conditions like Kincell must provide IMU with all the necessary product as a matter of priority. In view of that, LC has not told any lie. What's more, she has cleverly disposed of the burden of having to run the manufacturing facility while ensuring supply from the facility. It is a no lose scenario for IMU.
