PAA will receive US$2M grant (AUD $3M) with ODD that makes $7M cash in hand and it will last for a while as PAA was very good in managing money and so they don't need immediate CR.
Wish this was the case but don't think that's correct unfortunately, where is this info from?
They do get an application fee waiver worth about $2m USD and potential tax credits.
