Just buy on market price, TLX and their current situation is only going North each quarterly financial report; their earnings are more than great and even exceed their own estimates which proves the company doesn't inflate their estimates like most to boost the short term share price. Short term share price is not a consideration for TLX as capital raises are for small caps, TLX make their own profits already, which they reinvest into buying up their competition and the 'food chain' of radio-pharmaceuticals, from raw product to centrifuges to their end use including their own best-in-class radiography.

All this and the share price is values at less than 3 x competitors NPV, not even considering the pupeline of products to be released this year and additional European approvals for corrent FDA approved product.
