re: history So last CR more than 12months ago. ie full 15% available to company. Expect them to use it.

28/05/2008 82.5 million at 50cents - raise $41million
25/09/2007 39.6 million at 28cents - raise $11million
25/05/2007 78.2million at 28cents - raise $21million
07/12/2005 127million at 15cents - raise $19million
18/11/2004 86million at 04cents - raise $3.4million

"Destruction of wealth" only tells half the story.

On all the CRs listed above, an opportunity existed to sell for decent profit. I would hate to think no risk management was in place and people didnt free carry a portion.

Buy at 4c, sell within 12months at 15c or more.
Buy at 15c, sell within 18months at 28c or more.
Buy at 28c, sell within 12months at 50c or more.

I say more because obviously the cr were at a discount to sp at that time. And obviously you could have sold pre CR. So holding time would be less.

Anyone that paid 50c and is still holding, got caught with pants down. But im sure even they had a chance to exit in the black.

If anything, the list of CR you provided gives me optimism that their are short term gains to be had here.
