I've just come across this guy who I've never heard of before and I am really impressed by what he's saying - exactly what I think. The only thing that is unclear and he does not offer an explanation is him having issues with China having nukes at around 12:45. Other than that just perfect.
He is Jan Oberg, political science academic, peace researcher, the director of Transnational Foundation for Peace & Future Research. The clip was uploaded on 28 Nov last year, obviously I have no way of telling how much his views have changed since.
