    Agree, Wintermute.

    SUR should hold around the high 8c+ or maybe 9c until a spud date is announced. Then we should see the next rally as 2nd last batch of traders get on board. Hopefully this will get to 11c+ and then see a final surge as drilling approaches within a few days.

    Here's hoping. So far so good.
