That is all done now @87Crash... total of 2.5ml shares have already been issued to JdC as company producing over 100koz/annum. He then spent all of his pay of $400k/year in purchasing 1ml shares. Management are well and truly incentivised to get SP higher and there is no need for CR.
Plenty of cash coming in - my calcs show about $15m/month Free Cash Flow. Their 3 main growth targets (Plutonic Western Front, Plutonic East and Trident) are all low cost and able to be self funded.
