Good! Looks like most of the stuff from previous affidavits has turned out to be sufficient to be held up in court, or at least presented in court.
So about 5,5 million AUD requested, surely there will also be damages.
Oh it also says here, as I wondered earlier, that SKM was actually owned by Ken's wife at the time of purchase! I KNEW it!
So thats even more, like 2.2 million aud? Sweet!!!

I'll say this much though. The new BOD I hope take a lesson that investors do need to know the inner workings of the company.
I wasn't even aware who the CEO of the company was before we stopped trading. Most of us only really learned of the complex web of companies making up the company when we were forced to look a little deeper. I have learned a great lesson in investing from the old BOD, look what is public and what is private. What matters is who is actually driving.
Certainly if they propose to purchase a random business using shareholder funds I would recommend all investors to look who actually owns it. Case in point.
