There is still time tonight and very early tomorrow morning to cast your vote . Its an easy and quick process.
It would be great to see change to the Board as without it I very much doubt that the Board will change its ways in any major way without encouragement.
Its not often that you get an opportunity to make a difference and join the activists by voting.
If enough retail holders cast their votes then it might just make a difference for the benefit of all.
Thats my view but do what you want and follow your own path.
Read the activists paper and then the Boards response and work out the best option.
