After years of nothing but bad news destroying punters capital {but doing nothing to punish the managers or criminal perpetrators) these prime assets are going at a steal (seems almost by design) & some very ballsy but I think foolish shorters are gonna have to cover on any confirmed offer, concession or sentiment change
Imagine what a truck load of buyers competing with a sh#t of forced buying shorters will look like
All backed by very real fundamental value, I mean another 50% pop only gets us to real assets value… bag it up :}
