The majors got into Namibian licences on the cheap. I heard all the talk about the majors that would pay a premium for such a hot spot after the discoveries and then the disappointment from PCL holders when they gave up so much % to Woodside for so little cash, a promised drill and a 3d. More chance of getting a decent offer post discovery so I understand why ivz have delayed farm ins.
