Shaw’s released an update report on BCB today. In summary: “We maintain our Buy recommendation and slightly upgrade our (12-month) price target from A$0.23 to A$0.24, with the coal price upgrades offsetting the near-term higher costs.” There’s a lot of detail in the 13-page report, but no mention of weather problems and no suggestion of another capital raise. An interesting aspect of the report is the view that India will quickly supplant China as the key market for Australian met coal.
