I seem to recall over 50 ex CIA and military bigwigs saying the Hunter Biden laptop was disinformation.....yet that was portrayed as being fact. I wonder if any of those discounting Article 51 are some of the same folks re the laptop....? Point being.....Russia abides by the rule of law - doesn't matter if you want to believe that or otherwise......and they have enacted it, declared an SMO and have proceeded, under the rule of law to enforce the SMO
