Politics generally affects the stockmarket not just particular stocks such as Banking, Mining & Telstra.
I suppose that if one were to discuss a political decision or a Bill in those forums and made a general comment on the intentions of the political party that backs it...
..this would be considered a political violation and good reason to delete the post?
Could it be that certain political interests are annoyed that their policies and actions are coming under a great deal of scrutiny on a daily basis...
...and, not wanting to appear dictatorial have covertly put out the word that they'd rather the forum disappeared?
Though it's mere speculation on my part, I had to ask myself the question as to in whose interest it would primarily be to close the forum.
