APX was a labour hire company that had a business model based on paying less for the labour than Google/Meta et all payed them for the labour.
Once the big guys didn't need the labour anymore the business collapsed in a heap because it was not a software company, regardless of what was on their pretty powerpoints.
If you're going to make a comparison do apples with apples.
