I haven't seen on HC anybody else getting a private email from "head office" I certainly didn't.
I think Hansen is worried that his merger might fail due to the backlash of the directors taking the unearned performance rights so have sent personal emails to those larger holders on the registry begging for support.
Hansen will not last long on the new board, "once bitten twice shy".
