what they are targeting now is not porphyry but similar to Cayley Load. there could be porphyry at depth but right now the target is narrower but higher grade zones.
Access to the east is not granted but I think they can drill from where they are towards east-northeast.
they have options - so I was told without specifying what those options are. but negotiations are ongoing which means it's a matter of price.
my guess is if SVY does prove their hypothesis with the current holes then they will accept the asking price - all speculation on my part.
