Tekvest, I've spent more than 40 years around CEO's, board members and chairmen of major companies. In case you missed it, Cynthia has been bringing in the talent she feels she needs to achieve Zip's goals. Until I have information otherwise, I believe this is a continuation of that strategy: get the management team you need in place to execute your plans and achieve your objectives.
BTW: attacking people for sharing their views is poor behavior.
