Yes - the cost will either have to come from a third party or BIT will struggle to move to a phase 3 trial. Any CR will only go to propping up the company for the next 12 months.
SP is too low to have a serious attempt at self-funding a phase 3 trial.
Even with a third party funding the next step, we won't see any huge jump in the SP for a while. - and there will still need to be a CR.
