I think you might have answered it yourself, with the second and third of the two scenarios you mentioned. If the license was lost (that’s still unclear of course), we would just have to wait and see which pathway the company took in response. Recent days have, of course, highlighted a further possibility. I personally feel “liquidation” a highly unlikely outcome when there would still be options for carrying on.
