SP movement is bot-driven.
Every 5 minutes a small parcel - 20-50 or so - is bought off the sell stack, and every so often another 500 - or so - sell order is placed on the sell-stack, at $20.10 (for the last little while).
I don't expect this is retail traders: it's some smart-arse broker playing games. To what end, I know not.
