The issue with the share price disconnect is harder to solve;
- About 90% (maybe more) is with large long-term holders, including 70%+ with just the top 2 holders.
- Of the remaining, a lot of it is held in funds that have shrunk over time, so are sellers over time. Almost every Aussie Institutional fund manager has been shrinking (maybe 1 or 2 exceptions), so they'll take whatever liquidity is available as they need to reduce holdings.
- It's not in any Indexes of note, so there's no ETF flow
- Liquidity is terrible, so no new large holders even bother taking a look
Thus - be prepared for not much to change with this stock. And then one day... everything will change overnight.
