Despite having a sizeable holding I admit to not having paid much attention to LLL for a very long while. Was not much to achieve by doing so.
But I should now things are happening.
- Was there an option to remain with 26%?
- Anyone know when the suspension is being lifted?
- Did we finally work out what the buy out effectively values LLL shares cash backing (including cash, the NPV of the royalty, etc)?
- Are they intending on paying it out (if so how much), and/or 'looking for opportunities'?
Despite some here desperate to get their hands on cash to 'punt' it on the next Penny stock (and statistically lose), I'm thinking it might be best to hang tight and be patient, and just take the cash dividend as it comes and then see where the company goes.
5. Any thoughts on this strategy?
