Over 25% voted against the remuneration report, this was the second strike. Following which a motion must be put to shareholders whether to spill the board (which was not carried, as expected).
The BRN board thank you for keeping them in a job for another year at shareholder's expense.
It doesn't surprise me that the BRN baggies don't understand market rules, just look at the ridiculous replies!
