According to @Saragian ’s overview of 13.02.24 we need 1.7c and then to say a solid good riddance to 3c in order to break the long term, downtrend that’s been signalling ‘do not enter here’ to technical traders since June 2020’s ‘covid winter’. [see his overview of AVL here]
