Dressing for salad:
In a small non-reactive bowl combine the following:
¼ cup minced ginger.
2 tablespoons distilled / rice vinegar.
2 tablespoons light soy sauce.
2 tablespoon olive oil.
1 tablespoon sesame oil.
1 tablespoon mirin.
½ teaspoon pepper.
Serve on salad.
