"each year POH has done a SPP it has been around October"

I thought I'd put this latest gem to the test, so I just took a look at 06,07,08 and 09.

2006, SPP done in December, maybe a very liberal interpretation of "around October" would qualify.

2007 - no SPP

2008 SPP in May, nowhere near October

2009 - SPP in October.

So we have 3 SPP's in the last 4 years, one in October, one kind of near October and one nowhere near October. So the statement:

"October finished and no SPP announced- tells us something...."

when only 1 year in 3 an SPP was done in October, is statistically meaningless and categorically false.

Try and stick to facts instead of making stuff up to support your arguments.
