i'm sure the option of a loan would have been considered (it's hardly a new concept) and, even if it is a straight cap raising or rights issue, bsm management likely have their reasons.
i've been a sh for about 6 mths and have been pretty impressed with management so far.
the proof of the pudding is in the tasting. we'll see in 12 months time ...
