True. But why do they have to sting the shareholder again which they more than likely will?
I don’t know the exact terms of the draw down facility, but surely tapping into the 25 million would take some of the heat off the shareholder who have already taken enough punishment over the last couple of years.
If the company is that confident that this is a resource of mineable quality, then maybe they should be the ones putting the money where the mouth is?
That would be a positive sign to me that the company intends to make a red hot go at this.
Not a real good time to be raising funds and already a market less than convinced with the results thus far.
