Hard to know what transpired an imo maybe those JB moved out didnt align with the Sesame Street Gang and as such were given their marching orders and the reasons given was to cut costs across the board... l found that very funny that not one of the BoD's of Sayona took a pay cut to help cut costs especially JB who had just organised a pay rise for themselves at the AGM especially how the value of the company was falling at such a rapid rate....good directors and those that care about a company's fortunes do their utmost to show investors they are doing the right thing in cutting costs which include taking paycuts themselves...unfortunately this board haven't shown that at all even after the sackings of Cindy, Guy an others which is imho really poor form by them....seems they are happy costing shareholders millions awhile maintaining great remuneration packages for all directors, yep poor form.
