Basically soneone (perhaps George) has instructed his broker to buy the stock. the broker finds (or alrrady has) sellers and after the transaction, not necessarily during trading hours, the sell is registered. Note, this is nothing to do with the platform, e.g. commsec etc.
What is interesting is that this buyer has been buying above the SP ... and perhaps taking a lead frim Nasdaq's closing price. Usually bots do that but in small volune to lower or increase SP, but this buyer means accumulating. BUT is/may not want to buy during trading hours to inflate the SP and disadvantahe hinself for more buys. ... After all that is exactly what pre or after market trading on nasdaq (and morning and avo auctions on ASX) was designed for ... to take the heat off the market and this buyer is using it to his advantage.
