Oops, you could be right. That was in the case of delisting and I thought 14 days is allowable. Ah dammit! But shouldn't that grace period is allowed in all scenarios in regards to the take over? And even if I were wrong, I will retract that comment, as we still have 2 weeks before the deadline anyways.
But I don't plan to accept to the offer not until RG reached 90% and plus Bennamon was forced to acknowledged they did mislead shareholders into accepting the offer. In my case, there are still 2 weeks ahead, so there is no physical loss to anyone anyways?
