(Is it worth explaining to him that the likelihood that those deposits contain economic enriched niobium is close to zero? Is it worth explaining to him that the deposit hosting that mineral, Bayan Obo, is economically irrelevant at 0.13% grade niobium, or that the niobium being hosted in an additional new mineral is a negative, not a positive, with respect to beneficiation?)
