Honestly are you being serious with this rubbish?
Do you actually think that the more of you that just "ring the share registry to request a special meeting" that they just magically agree to it?
Its called the Corporations Act and if you or a number of shareholders representing greater than 5% of the company formally requisition a general meeting under s249D then the directors are obliged to call the meeting within 21 days of the request.
