We already have one accountant, why have another that may want to want to work against what is good for us?
We need more Board members of the calibre of John, John and Dave - they are professionally experienced in the corporate field and within publicly listed companies at that!! More of that - and we will grow.
If we have more of what we have on the board right now (the board are the ones who decide to or not to do a CAP Raising BTW, or decides what is to be announced) then we will suffer.
At the AGM, i say sack Resolution No 2 for a good start...
