My read is that a positive outcome may be closer than further out. The design freeze is anticipated to be EOY24. To get there, significant real-world road kms would need to be done. Let's just say a bunch of cars are sent to Immendingen Baden-Württemberg, identical apart from Anode Formula tweeks. Then, the most prospective formulas would then be sent to places like, Upington, and Arjeplog for hostile assessment. These are real-world tests, to get to this stage and out before Jan 25, JIMHO means a viable commercial product will come from the tripart meeting. That will be a significant SP driver, but not Real Revenue, which would have to be at least 12/24mts away.
