There will be NDA's up the wazoo here. Anyone expecting names is delusional.
I read this as a great update, and it also looks like some pressure has been brought to bear IMO, to release updated news post the European shindig.
It might be a 6 to 12 month wait but, the risk reward here is very good IMO, esp at current price. They have had support to raise a chunk of money and they are getting government support.
Its a long game here
