With the same folks who dumped their stock at the first available opportunity, and then they went back and gave them another sweet deal without giving any shareholders a chance to participate.

Only sweet deals for themselves, and their mates.

96 M shares @ 2.5c on 31 Aug 23
43.5 M shares @ 3.3c on 12 Jan 24 and now
56 M shares @ 10c on 22 May 24 and don't forget about the 32 M options @ 15c with a 2y and 3y life.
199.5 M shares total in 9 months!

If management were so confident, why was it rushed when SP was at 14c instead of the close price or even at a premium?
Why not reward shareholders and a chance to participate at 10c also?

The sting in the tail is the low hurdle level for the 32 M options are dilutive and create an overhang on the stock. Its like they are not even confident the SP will go higher than current levels. The increase of 200M shares does not make this a tight register anymore, its more likely to become a day trading stock.
