Morgan Stanley's 5% (on behalf of who?)
is a 25% blocking stake meaning they can block both phases of the JPower offer. Both the scheme, and the compulsory off market takeover offer threshold.
At the very best, JPower will end up with a large portion of the company but will not solely own GNX.
Hold tight shareholders. Higher offers from Jpower will likely come downhearted line.
