Because I have an average lower than last traded and believe NAL alone to be worth $1B plus it just the share price trades with a management discount. Real funds won't invest in this while the status quo remains.
If an alternative is presented and strike two gets up the SP will triple almost overnight, if someone like PMT takes it over its game on.
Just look at AJM, PLS bought the Altura project after this lot were tipped into receivership for about $240M and realised 10-20X its investment within months, same will happen here.
At a $400M MC it's worth the gamble that someone will come in a realise the combined projects true worth, once the largest voting block doesn't have a vested interest in loaning our shares for shorting incompetence won't be tolerated.
A potential ten bagger with the removal of a few bad apples.
