Does anyone think that the FED is testing the market with what we would expect?

Ok so not as much as analysts/market watchers/speculators thought, the markets drop due to little spend by the FED, but what if this is a "test market" to see how reactions would be? I know, a news article from CNBC, but watching these and gaining traders thoughts over the last few months has worked very well for myself, so why discount them.
What if: FED announces more spending than a few hundred $bln soon and the trend could more than likely continue. I believe that they don't want a falli9ng market at present, actually the financial system looks OK, just OK, for now so why would a significant drop occur?
Just my thoughts, no guru, just someone trying to earn a $ everyday:))
