answer … OBM gets a takeover from a much bigger group that materially dilutes our leverage/upside, increases or risk. and it may be controlled by people who Luke doesn’t feel comfortable working with.

fingers crossed Hawkes Point and Luke can work together constructively to find the right partner/s at the appropriate time
