Dynasty's future is with Atlas. They need each other! Economies of scale for infrastructure. Atlas are next door, and intend to be producing in the South from 2014.
The rail problem will be solved. Atlas has port capacity DMA does not.
DMA has more ore, an off-take agreement. Atlas has scattered bits of ore, ideal to help lift the DMA grade.
DMA and Atlas already have a JV at Abydos.
DMA is cheap. Atlas already has a good revenue stream, and will need DMA for growth beyond 2014.
Flanagan has said he will make another acquisition, if there is a win..win.
This is a win..win for both parties. If you cannot see this, you are in the wrong game!
My opinion. DYOR and you will agree.
