Got in touch with my broker and was told "can't do anything, here's a link to ASIC, contact them directly".
Did so, and ran into the same software issue.
I believe it would be worth while as many sharholders as are interested email PIL the directors to ask whether they are at all perturbed about the way the share price is being manipulated and do they agree tha tthe same entitites could very well become active on the financial enterprise in the Philippines? Different attack but as bitterly effective as an invoked scam.
