Let's remember this is coming from a holder that is knees deep in this and has a lot to lose. Had no idea of the 604 discloser obligations . No idea of the terms of the agreement . Thinks Quantum can just up its holdings over 30%.

IMO new would be holders would be crazy to take your word on BEZ .
